Pre-start condition report
A pre-start condition report records the existing condition of every room, with photos, before work begins, and is acknowledged by the client.
In practice
It settles the most common handover dispute: "it was already like that". Cracks, damp patches and existing damage are on record from day zero.
In Pakka
Every room is photographed before work starts, and the client acknowledges it.
