Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pakka does not charge any firm today, so there is nothing to refund. This page explains how cancellation works now and what will happen when paid plans begin.
1. Today
- Founding firms' first project is free. Applying to join is free.
- You can stop using Pakka and close your account at any time, with no cost.
- If you are ever charged by mistake, tell us and we will refund the full amount within 7 working days.
2. When paid plans begin
We will publish prices, billing periods and the refund policy for paid plans here before anything is charged, and give existing users at least 30 days' notice. You will always be able to cancel, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

We set up every firm ourselves: we learn how you work, shape Pakka around it, and stay with you on a weekly call. So we take a few firms at a time. Your first project is free, and founding firms who join by 31 December 2026 keep their price for life.
