Each person outside the core team gets their own view, built from one filter. There is no second copy of the rule to forget.

The guarantees underneath.
- One filter for everything that leaves the firm.Client pages, vendor pages, reports and PDFs all pass through the same check of what is safe to show.
- Every rupee has one home.Each amount is stored once. Everything else is a view of it, and a regular check flags anything that disagrees.
- AI drafts. A person confirms.AI drafts quotes, reads voice notes and suggests next steps. Anything that would move work or money, including an approval the AI creates, goes to a review card. A person confirms it, and their answer is recorded.
- Everything is on the record.Every money or status change is logged. A payment needs a second person and a bank reference, and paying twice is blocked.
- Outside links expire.Client, vendor and architect links run through one service. They expire, and any of them can be switched off.
- Every WhatsApp message is verified.Pakka checks the signature on every message from WhatsApp before acting on it, so nobody can fake a site update or a tap.
- Full code audit, October 2026.A line-by-line review of the whole platform, covering who can read what, how money moves and how outside links behave. The findings were fixed the same month.
- Answers show their source.When someone asks the drawings a question, the answer shows the page it came from. If it cannot find one, it says so.
Under the hood.
Each firm's data is kept separate, and every request is checked against the firm and the person asking. Financial documents are locked away from people without the money permission, even through search. Payment steps are guarded so they cannot run twice. AI use has a spending cap per firm.
