No. There is no app and no login. Engineers use the WhatsApp they already use: a voice note, a photo, a tap on ✅. On day one their routine is unchanged.

They don't have to. Pakka listens to what your team was going to say anyway and turns it into a record. There is nothing new to learn.

WhatsApp is where things get said. Pakka makes sure they are remembered: who said what, which task it closed, what QC checked, and which payment it made ready. You are paying for the record, not the messaging.
