Pakka wasn’t built in a lab. It was built inside Fulcro — an interior firm in Bangalore running luxury residential projects since 2018 — to fix the losses we kept eating ourselves.
The buried voice note in a group of 214 unread messages. The “done sir” that wasn’t. The ceiling that came down twice. The final bill argued from memory. The client who called every evening because silence felt like bad news. Every feature in Pakka started as one of those, on one of our own sites.
So the design principle was never “add a dashboard.” It was: the site already talks on WhatsApp, and it deserved a system that listens, verifies, and remembers — without asking anyone to change how they work.
It’s live in production, priced, and run daily by a real firm. Every capability on this site is a working, code-verified feature — not a roadmap. And every AI claim carries its own published benchmark, because the whole point is a record you can trust.
