Handover pack
A handover pack is the set of documents given to the client at completion: drawings, warranties, QC records, snag closure and care instructions.
In practice
A complete handover pack makes the end of a project feel as considered as the work, and protects you during the defect liability period.
In Pakka
Pakka puts together a handover pack with QC certificates, snag closure and drawings.
