Two-person approval
Two-person approval means the person who raises a payment cannot be the one who approves it.
In practice
Also called maker and checker. It is the simplest control against errors and fraud in project payments, and it gives every payment a clear record of who asked and who agreed.
In Pakka
Whoever raises a payment cannot approve it. Every change is logged, and whoever pays records the bank reference.
