Vendor payment tracking for interior firms
Vendors are paid for checked work, approved by a second person.
A vendor stage becomes payable when QC passes. Whoever raised it cannot approve it, duplicate payments are flagged, and every change is logged.
The way it usually goes.
- Paid on someone's word. The PM says the stage is done, accounts pays, and the snag list says otherwise.
- The same bill paid twice. One request on WhatsApp, one by email, and both get paid in the Friday rush.
- Nobody knows why a payment went out.Months later, there is no record of who approved it and what it was for.
How it works in Pakka.
QC passes on site
When the work is checked and passes, the vendor's stage becomes payable. Not before.
A second person approves
Payments land in one inbox. Whoever raised a payment cannot approve it. Approve, hold or defer.
Approve the week in one go
A weekly payment run you can approve together, with warnings for duplicate requests.
Paid and recorded
The person who pays gets a WhatsApp link and records the bank reference. It lands in the project's books.

Questions owners ask.
Are payments made automatically?
No. A stage becomes payable when QC passes. A named person approves every release, and never the person who raised it.
Does Pakka hold or move our money?
No. You pay from your own bank as you do today. Pakka keeps the reason, the approval and the bank reference.
Can I see everything going out this week?
Yes. The weekly payment run shows it in one place, and the eight-week forecast shows what is coming.
