Measurement book and vendor final bill software
Final bills built from measured work, not remembered work.
The vendor countersigns the measurements on site. The final bill is built from certified quantities, and retention is released only when snags are closed.
The way it usually goes.
- Two weeks of arguing over one bill. The vendor says 412 sq ft, the PM says 380, and nobody wrote it down at the time.
- Measurements in a notebook. The book is on site, the bill is in the office, and the numbers never quite match.
- Retention released too early. The vendor is paid in full while snags are still open, and nobody comes back to fix them.
How it works in Pakka.
Measure on site
Quantities are recorded against the vendor's contract as the work is done.
The vendor countersigns
The vendor confirms the measurements, so the quantity is agreed before the bill is made.
Bill from certified quantities
The final bill is built from the countersigned quantities, and matched against the order before payment.
Hold retention until snags close
Retention is released only when the vendor's snags are closed. A named person approves it.

What you get.
Part of the Money Desk. Built and working today.
- Measurement book countersigned by the vendor, then a final bill on certified quantities
- Vendor contracts with advance and retention
- Bills matched against the order and the delivery before payment
- Retention released only when snags are closed
- Two-person approval: whoever raises it cannot approve it
Questions owners ask.
Does the vendor need an account?
No. Vendors work from secure links and WhatsApp. They never see your client rates.
Does Pakka pay the vendor?
No. Pakka never holds your funds. It shows what is payable and why, a named person approves, and whoever pays records the bank reference.
What if the quantity changes?
The quantity is agreed and countersigned before the bill is built, so the bill uses the agreed number.
