Measurement book
A measurement book is the record of actual quantities done on site, line by line, agreed between you and the vendor. The final bill is built from it.
In practice
Measured quantities often differ from the BOQ. Recording them as the work is done, and having the vendor sign them, turns the final bill from an argument into arithmetic.
In Pakka
The vendor countersigns the measurements, and the final bill is built from the certified quantities.
