From the first call to an approved design, with nothing lost on the way.
Aiti runs its Sales, Design and Money desks on Pakka across 12 live projects. The biggest change: a quote that took a full day now takes about 20 minutes.

Aiti: An interior design firm in Bangalore with more than 50 people. Uses the Sales Desk, Design Desk, Money Desk.
Aiti is part of the group behind Pakka. Pakka was built inside it, and inside its two sister firms.
Before Pakka.
- A full day for every quote. Each quote was rebuilt in Excel from old files: rates copied, lines retyped, totals checked by hand.
- One missed line, one lakh lost.A line left out of a total in Excel could cost a lakh or more, and sometimes nobody noticed until it was too late.
- Sample requests lost in WhatsApp.Designers asked procurement for samples on WhatsApp or email. Requests got buried, samples arrived late, clients got irritated, and nobody could say whose fault it was.
- "You took five months, not four."Clients blamed the firm for delays that came from their own late decisions, and there was no record to show otherwise.
With Pakka.
- The brief is filled in 5 minutes after the first call. The client gets a link and fills in their brief on their phone: style, likes, dislikes, the floor plan. Sales can give an approximate rate per square foot on that same call, based on the firm's own past quotes.
- Quotes in about 20 minutes. The designer uploads the floor plan. Pakka drafts the BOQ from how Aiti has quoted similar clients, using its own rates. Changes are made by asking: "change all wardrobes in all rooms from laminate to PU" updated every description and price in under 2 minutes.
- No more formula errors.Lines and totals come from the rate library, not hand-built spreadsheets. Aiti has saved lakhs of rupees in errors that used to slip through.
- Sample requests and approvals on record.Requests land in procurement's inbox with mentions, so each person sees what is due today and nobody can say they were not told. Clients approve from a link, without a login.
- Clients see what their delay costs. If a client sits on an approval, their link shows how many days it will move the site. The audit trail settles the four-months-or-five argument before it starts.
Laminate to PU, in under two minutes
A client asked to change every wardrobe in their home from laminate to PU shutters. In Excel, that meant finding every wardrobe line in every room, changing the description, finding the new rate and checking the totals again.
The estimator typed one sentence: change all wardrobes in all rooms to PU from laminate. Every description and every price updated, and the revised quote was ready in under two minutes.
“A quote that took our team a whole day now takes about twenty minutes, and the formula mistakes are gone.”
